Good tips and looks great, BUT: Can you use pan drippings from a brined turkey to make the gravy — or will it be too salty? If so, what do use to make the gravy?

    Yes…watch what ingredients he uses in his brine. You should be fine and you won’t have to season your turkey at all. IF you think your gravy is going to be too salty, dilute with a little chicken stock or even white wine. Enjoy!
