Lisa, by the way, is also the President of NACE, the National Association for Catering and Events….quite an expert indeed!
Lisa said that a lot of the food and entertaining trends are actually created by the fashion industry…something I’d never thought about before, but it makes sense. What’s hot on the runways in terms of color and style often translates in one way or another into our décor and even onto our holiday tables.
