If you're wanting to add a little spice to your everyday hot dog, this is the recipe for you! Layers of heat can be found inside this dog. Jalapeños, Serrano peppers and a Habanero aioli are all main ingredients. Enjoy!


  • 3-4  Fresh jalapeño slices
  • 3-4  Fresh Serrano pepper slices
  • 2 Red onion slices, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp.  Marsala wine
  • 2 Tbsp.  butter
  • 1 All beef frank
  • 1 Hot dog bun with poppy seeds
  • 1 Tbsp.  Habanero aioli (Stonewall Kitchen has a good option, this can also be homemade) 
  • 2-3  Fresh avocado slices

Recipe Info

  1. Sauté sliced jalapeños, Serrano peppers and onions with Marsala wine. In separate pan, add 1 tbsp. butter and grill frank for 7-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Spread 1 tbsp. butter on bun and grill for 2-3 minutes. Spread habanero aioli on both sides of grilled bun. Add frank and sautéed peppers and onions. 

  2. Top with fresh avocado slices and serve.
