Amazing cheeses, wines, olives and olive oil made right here in Texas – you’ll get a chance to try them all at a very special event Saturday, especially if you like delicious food, because this event is sponsored by Les Dames d’Escoffier. This will be something special! It’s called “Olives Olé”.
Tickets are only $10! There will also be concessions, and I’m told, lots of free tastings! I’ve got the Dames’ olive, cheese and wine pairing ideas below. I hope to see you Saturday. Enjoy.
