I thought I’d seen everything until Joe Doria, the MASTER Butcher at Bolner’s Meat Market, whipped up a tailgating feast I’ll never forget.
Giant, juicy cuts of beef (filet mignon included) on skewers, wild caught U-10 jumbo shrimp with jalepenos wrapped in bacon, chicken diablos (amazing at only $1.50) and bacon wrapped farm raised quail breasts. Hungry yet?
