I recently did three weeks of dieting on the My Fit Foods plan. You can read all about that in my previous post, but I wanted to share with you some dieting tips they gave us. Some you probably already know, but if you’re like me, some were new.
WEIGHT LOSS TIPS
1. To maximize your calorie burning for the day, eat your breakfast within an hour of waking up
2. Drink about 80 ounces of water a day
3. Replace caffeinated drinks with green tea
4. Add some exercise – three times a week at least
5. Diet with a friend – the support helps
6. Portion size is a BIG deal – eat smaller portions and eat your protein first
7. Pepper down your meal. When you taste black pepper your body increases hudrochloric acid in the stomach and helps improve digestion.
