Wonderful Winter picks from Paesanos

Paesanos 1604 in San Antonio has long set a standard of excellence for gourmet dining in the Alamo City. And speaking of standards, Chef Clark McDaniel – THE Chef Clark of Clark’s Seasoning found in local retailers – was on hand for the roll-out of Paesanos new ‘cool weather’ food lineup!

Paesano's Cracked Black Pepper BaconThe hot house tomato salad with Gorgonzola dressing and homemade pickled onions is certainly one to keep an eye out for…especially since it comes joined by generous strips of crispy, black pepper bacon, candy-coated in scrumptious brown sugar. Another is this recipe for Chef Clark’s Maple Butter Roast Veggies…it’s to DIE for! Paired with savory salmon, this eclectic mixture (which includes butternut squash and cranberries) could be just the healthy meal ticket to start your new year off right. In fact, I insist!

When I click on some of the other side dishes, such as the Paesano’s Corn Tart, etc., other photos come up, and I am not able to bring up the recipes. Is there a problem with the web site or me?
