The fabulous Masraff’s on Post Oak Boulevard in Uptown is practically a seafood sanctuary. They’re known for having some of the best around! The sacrificial season of Lent provides those who practice the opportunity for a taste-testing frenzy! Take this dish that combines some of my favorite elements- their Herb Seared Lemon Sole over an incredibly tasty wild mushroom risotto…just splendid! Executive Chef Dominic gave me some great tips on how to prepare this fish at home. For example, you don’t want to cook it on too high of a heat setting, or else your herbs will burn! Do it just right and the result is marvelous.
