The scenery is just drop dead gorgeous at the Inn at Occidental…I’ve never felt more at home! It’s a spot that I always try to come back to when I’m in wine country. From the pure beauty of the Redwoods, to the orchids, vineyards and beaches that border, this quaint, turn-of-the-century town is my west coast “thicket of solitude.”
Their breakfast menu also happens to be one of my favorites. The talented Chef Victoria demonstrated how to make this incredible Parmesan Scramble.
