The first bubbly batch from Oskar Blues came about in 1998 – on a table-top machine that sealed just one can at a time in the basement of the Oskar Blues Restaurant in Lyons, CO. Just four years later, Oskar became the first US craft brewer to can its own beer with their flagship Dale’s Pale Ale.
