We’re on the verge of one of my favorite seasons…tailgating season! We kept things simple and soppin’ with these all-natural baby back ribs. Chef Brent suggested the classic ‘en papillote’ style for the pork loin, because it helps retain most of the sizzling flavor from the Soppin’ Sauce…the more the better! Stick these meaty morsels in a low oven and then crispy them up on the grill for the grand finale! Score!
