I’m Craving Cabernet Grill’s Venison Chili!

Get ready for a chili that will knock your socks off! The incredible Cotton Gin Village just outside of Fredericksburg is home to the Cabernet Grill and Executive Chef Ross Burtwell’s Venison Black Bean Chili…a truly Texan treat now that it’s hunting season. Chef Ross walks you through all the steps! Fresh jalapeño, grilled tomatoes and toasted ancho chiles are a big part of the fiery flavoring. He tapped it with shredded Pepper Jack cheese and pepitas – Enjoy!

    Can you please send me the ingredient amounts? I’ve made this chili several times and love it but the link to the recipe no longer works.
