Hey gang, talk about a classy affair. “Look South” this Wednesday, October 10th for a culinary adventure inspired by the Peruvian, Colonial Spanish and South Texas Collections at Villa Finale!
The fall garden party features the following chefs:
- Johnny Hernandez of La Gloria (see his recipe for Pozole Verde)
- The Fruteria and Casa Hernan
- Chef Geronimo Lopez of NAO New World Flavors at The Culinary Institute of America at Pearl
- Chef Jesse Perez of Arcade opening at Pearl
Get this: There will be live music in the Garden from Money Chicha, featuring members of GRAMMY winners Grupo Fantastma! You’ll also be to sample a four course tasting menu from San Antonio’s finest chefs while touring the property.
Cocktails crafted by Olaf Harmel of Blue Box Bar, as well as a selection of limited release Latin American wines and international and Texan craft beers will be on hand…dessert from Bakery Lorraine. Count me in!
Look South is at 6:00pm for VIP and 7:00pm for General Admission at the home of Walter Nold Mathis at 401 King William Street in San Antonio, Texas.
