Put this on your to-do list! NAO, a new restaurant featuring ‘New World Flavors,’ is now open at the Culinary Institute (CIA) in San Antonio! They have a fabulous Visiting Chef Series where culinary craftsmen from all over the globe come to share and sample cuisines from their native countries. While I was there, Chef Hubert O’Farell representing Argentina and Uruguay gave me a lesson in chimichurri. The different herbs that come together (oregano, parsley, basil, etc.) taste sensational and are the perfect accompaniment to any steak! It doesn’t take any time at all to make, and the result tingles my tastebuds…I could eat it by itself with spoon! Tempt yourself and your fam tonight.
