Watch closely…this Peking Duck is off-the-menu and so ready to be on your plate! Chef Dominic is serving this desirable dish right now at Masraff’s on the Boulevard, but you have to ask for it. It’s cooked medium rare-medium so that the fat can render completely and this ‘duck a la Dom’ is nice and crisp! The final presentation with the foie gras and grape salsita drizzled on top is just beautiful. The secret is out!
