The Beverly Hilton’s Executive Chef Suki Sugiura has prepared the menu for the Globes for nine years with the assistance of 50 chefs, 110 culinary staff, 50 bartenders and 250 servers. Executive Pastry Chef at The Beverly Hilton, Thomas Henzi, is creating the dessert for the third year in a row. Chef Henzi is a master chocolatier and has worked in some of the world’s finest hotels in Switzerland!
This year’s event will air live, coast-to-coast, on NBC on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from The Beverly Hilton’s legendary International Ballroom. Chow down and don’t forget to tune in!
