Wow…ever had it? Ever heard of it. DUCK Bacon! I’m cooking this delicious delicacy for some guests tonight. These delicate little morsels will sit atop a sun dried tomato on a tiny crostini.
I found the duck bacon at Gaucho Gourmet in San Antonio–a very cool little store chockfull of everything that’s delicious. They sell their mostly imported products to chefs around the state including the folks at the prestigious CIA. I also picked up the most fabulous anchovies marinated in white wine…it’s gonna be a good night!
