Minty Cellulite Reducer Juice
This simple juice is based on grapefruit juice, which can help loosen and flush out cellulite. Cut the peel off the grapefruit leaving the pith and press all ingredients through your juicer.
- 3 small pink grapefruit, peeled with white pith left on
- 6–8 kale leaves
- Handful of fresh mint
Press all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy with a straw.
Cellulite Control Juice
Grapefruit is known for its ability to help loosen cellulite so your body can flush it out. Plus the citrus juices are alkalizing and full of vitamin C.
- 1 grapefruit, peeled with pith on
- 2 oranges, peeled with pith on
- 1 lemon, peeled with pith on
- ½ – 1 inch of ginger
Press all ingredients through your juicer and enjoy with a straw. If it’s too strong for you, add some ice, water, or sparkling water.
