It’s no secret, seafood shines at Masraff’s in Uptown. Chef Dominic Juarez and his team receive fresh shipments flown in daily from all over! One of his all-time favorites is the Hapuka they’re currently offering, or as it’s known by Haiwaiians: Fish From The Gods.

One tidbit I learned: Try using a blend of olive and canola oil in your pan – 100% olive will burn too quickly. Once everything gets going though, the aromas are mesmerizing! We threw roasted potatoes and apples into the mix, as well as leeks, fennel and some prosciutto. I think I know what I’m ordering when I’m here next… Cheers to good fortune!
