As you may know, Catholics don’t eat meat on Fridays as a means of sacrifice and identifying with the less fortunate. Here are a few easy alternatives — meatless meals with unassuming ingredients — you and your taste buds can make the most of. After all, it’s not a requirement to eat fish on Fridays…you’re just not supposed to eat meat!
