Never thought I’d say this, but I think I’m in love with the Black Olive. This has to be the ultimate in grilling. You’ve probably seen the Green Egg grills around. We actually shot a segment with BBQ expert Steve Raichlen using one. Well, the Black Olive takes grilling up a notch…maybe a few notches!
Its shape gives it the ability to reach a wide range of temperatures. Also ideal for slow roasting or searing. In fact, the searing time is fastest in its class! Give your oven the summer off and cook just about anything outdoors on this guy.
This grill goes from 150 degrees to 700 degrees in something like 5 minutes…crazy. Plus, the pellet system is the best. The 19-inch cooking surface provides plenty of space to grill all your favorites or entertain bigger crowds on weekends.
