Certain finger foods find quite a following, season after season. You have your burger connoisseurs, your brisket aficionados and, especially during tailgate season, your wing representatives. Great wings are an edible rite of passage on game day, and these recipes we’ve rounded up don’t drop the ball. 😉

Not only are their Crab Fat-Caramel Wings [above] something totally new for your tastebuds, we doubt they’ll be topped any time soon. Unless of course you mean topped with peanuts and cilantro!
MARS’ Mobile Kitchen are the culinary culprits behind these supremely saucy Gochujang Wings you see below. That is, fresh chicken wings marinated in a Korean Gochujang (fermented red pepper paste) marinade and then baked, fried to order and tossed in a sweet and spicy Gochujang sauce:
Even the most accomplished tailgater could learn a thing or two from Tailgators! This popular Pub & Grill provided Goodtaste with the recipe to their kickin’ Honey Chipotle Wing Sauce (below) — chipotle peppers marinated in Adobo Sauce, pure honey, melted butter and Cayenne pepper. Yeehaw!
Can you believe it? These Chicken Fried Wings with Franks RedHot from CIA Chef Brian West have never lasted long enough to get a photo. In other words, Chef swears by this recipe…they’re THAT good!
