Pot pies are a familiar comfort food that I’ve always appreciated – particularly during the time of year when temps dip and daylight hours reduce. The brand new recipe you see above is from the famed Guenther House in downtown San Antonio. Their featured Recipe of the Week right now is this Chicken Pot Pie above made with Champagne Chicken Gravy…a hearty helping of delicious all around!
