Due to widespread demand for the recipe, Nestle began selling bags of chocolate chips in 1939 for bakers to use at home. The Chocolate Chip Espresso Cookies [above] make a sweet treat on National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day (May 15th), as do these Bourbon Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies…
And now, the mystery behind the infamous Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie REVEALED! You’ll learn why there’s two recipes for this same cookie floating around the interwebs. For years a fraudulent recipe has been circulating – one missing some key ingredients from the authentic version. Not surprisingly, both are equally delish! That’s the way the cookie crumbles… 😉
