What better way to start the holiday season than a quick trip to NYC. We recently met up with my hubby’s brother and his girlfriend for a few days of shopping and light-seeing.
The View from Rockefeller Center
The streets this time of year are stunning and the energy uplifting. One of the most memorable events was the tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center. We had dinner nearby and walked over to share in the excitement with the huge crowds.
Security was tight. Umbrellas were banned on this drizzly night and so were backpacks. But, nothing detracted from the beautiful evening and the courageous American spirit.
Thought I’d share a few of the sights with you all…
