Chef David Garrido is producing some beautiful dishes out of this sleek, modern space. Everything from his signature Crispy Oysters (w/ Pineapple Pico & Habanero Aioli) to a traditional take on an Asian Chicken Salad with cabbage, peanuts, dressed in a zesty lime ginger vinaigrette:

A sleeper hit has been Chef’s Pumpkin Spice Risotto…so delish! Plated with sweet drop peppers, Mascarpone cheese and a fabulous espresso cream sauce.
Pairing: The Crossings Pinot Noir
The Striped Sea Bass is made with an ancho chile sauce (smokey not spicy) and comes with a mushroom spinach quesadilla on the side.
