Our current obsession is this outstanding Morning After Burger from the Craft Burger Food Truck in H-Town. This upscale, chef driven burger incorporates hormone- and antibiotic-free beef from Chef Shannen Tune, along with candied bacon, crispy potato hash, a sunny-up egg, smoked gouda and a bacon-cheddar waffle!
Chef Tune recently became the first Houston chef to win Chopped on Food Network.

Fielding’s Wood Grill
Oaxaca Burger: refried beans, avocado, queso blanco chilies, tomatillo salsa and chili lime jicama on a milk bun.
The American: Custom ground 1/2 pound patty, dripping with melted American cheese. Topped with caramelized sweet yellow onion and confit tomatoes between a craft bun with aioli and butter lettuce.
Blue Ribbon Burger: Bacon and beef blend, onion jam, blue ribbon American cheese with fries. Available as Single, Double, or Triple.
