These colorful confections make for festive desserts on 4th of July! From a few spirited, scratch-made pies to a chocolate/raspberry chia seed pudding, even a strawberry limemade popsicle with a special “fun dip” adults and kids will get a kick out of.
The Banana Cream Pie [above] from my friends at Camp Verde; a velvety creation that takes me right back to my childhood. A little taste of home and love in every bite!
Celebrate Independence Day this year by leaving your diet at the door… 😉
American Flag Pies:
These mini blueberry & strawberry filled flag pies pack BIG flavor. About an hour total for prep and cook time. Your fellow compatriots will gobble them up!
Red, White and Blueberry Ice Cream Pie:
Spoiler alert…our favorite part is the homemade granola crust! A vanilla ice cream filling and fresh berry topping. SWEET land of liberty.
Chocolate Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding:
So simple – just 4 ingredients! Top with fresh raspberries and serve after refrigerating. The chia seeds are a fun touch. 🙂
Strawberry Limeade Paleta with “Fun Dip”:
The fun dip is made with freeze-dried strawberries, lime zest and Pop Rocks candy among other goodies! Time to chill!
Prosecco Poached Peaches:
A recipe of my own. 🙂 I used Enza Prosecco because of its crispness and peach and honeysuckle undertones. It’s peach season!
