The owner/chef extraordinaire behind Reef has made numerous appearances on Food Network favorites like Next Iron Chef and Top Chef, while the restaurant itself has been named Best Seafood Restaurant in the country by Bon Appetit. Despite the fame, Chef Caswell still knows his way around a fish…ANY fish for that matter! Settle in for a short demonstration of his buttery Redfish on the Half-Shell, oiled and seasoned with a special house blend of spices, baked and topped with fresh thyme, then plated alongside Chef’s fabulous fried mac & cheese.
