It’s time for the 2018 Truffle Masters! The fourth annual culinary extravaganza is happening Monday, January 29, 2018 at The Astorian Hotel in Houston.

The all-star lineup features Houston’s top chefs competing to create the most delectable, mouthwatering dish using aromatic and flavorful black truffles, imported directly from Spain. The 1st Place Winner will receive a coveted prize of 1kg of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy. All you need to do is prepare your palate to partake in an incredibly unique tasting experience.
All proceeds will be donated to Casa de Esperanza, which provides safe homes to victims of child abuse. For more information on this amazing organization, visit their website.
