Celebrate your “Zest” for life at the 11th annual Zest In The West! You are invited to indulge in the finer things like food from West Houston’s talented chefs and over 150 world-class wines plus craft beers and more.
We are all about the good, here at Goodtaste, especially that of a good cause. This week we invite you to join me and our friends at Zest in the West, where crystal chandeliers meet live music, and a raw oysters meet a great glass of vino. Oh and the not-to-miss “cork” pull (where your $10 donation can become a $100 bottle of wine!). It’s all to raise money for providing scholarships for the West Houston Leadership Institute that’s coordinated with the Houston West Chamber of Commerce. The West Houston Leadership institute’s mission is to build a committed, informed and engaged core of community leaders to plan and care for the future of West Houston.
I’ll be judging the chef contenders who will compete for the “Best of The Zest” Culinary Awards so I hope to see you there at this night dedicated to the residents and employees in the West Houston area.
Participating restaurants include: A Chef for All Occasions, Berryhill Baja Grill, Café Red Onion, Capital Grille, Chefs for all Occasions, Fadi’s, Fogo de Chao, Green Valley Café, Havana Houston, Jonathan’s the Rub, Latin Bites, Nirvana, Peli Peli, Rajin Cajun, Rudy Lechner’s, Silver Whisk, Top Golf, Ursula’s Jerk Chicken, with more to come.
