Roses are red and violets are blue, and we have a cocktail just for YOU! This year, whip up one of these easy-to-make, rosy-hued drinks for a romantic night in on Valentines Day. (Also, if you’re looking for a night out, HERE are some of our favorites.)
Bohanan’s Be Mine Cocktail

What a perfect beginning or end to any romantic dinner. The grenadine-tinted BE MINE cocktail at Bohanan’s in San Antonio is spiked with white rum and a splash of créme de cacao.
Strawberry Gin Spritz

Shake or stir this precious strawberry cocktail from Goodtaste! The combination of herbal gin and bitter Campari call to mind the profile of a classic Negroni, but if these spirits are not for you, feel free to skip the Campari altogether or swap out the gin for vodka or a light golden rum.
Raspberry and White Chocolate Martini

Why wait for dessert? Indulge in this decadent cocktail with vanilla vodka, Godiva white chocolate and raspberry puree from Chris Deas of Top Shelf Shakerz and Nick’s Fish Dive & Oyster Bar.
Raspberry-Rosé Royale
Give your honey the royale treatment with this Valentine’s Day spin on a classic Kir Royale. This version is also spiked with a bit of Hendrick’s, a rose-infused gin. If you’d like, you also can garnish with a petal or two from a (food-safe) rose.
Fleming’s Stoli Bombshell
Recreate Fleming’s “Stoli Bombshell,” a ruby red cocktail garnished with a rosemary speared raspberry. It’s vodka-based, but if that’s not your spirit than you could also try gin, tequila blanca or white rum.
