Question on Killeen’s meatloaf. Wondering what was ladled on top of the meatloaf after removal from oven? Looked at recipe and didn’t see what that might be. Thanks.

He makes the gravy from the broth from cooking the meatloaf and adds half ketchup and half BBQ sauce. The amounts would change presumably based on the amount of broth you get. I would just slowly add ingredients until it gets to the consistency you like it at.

The Confetti Pinot Grigio you featured last week is great. I don’t normally get excited about Pinot Grigio, but this one is a winner. Will definitely buy again.
