There’s a taco craze in Texas and lucky for us we don’t have to travel too far to find a great meal wrapped in a tortilla! Tanji shares one of her favorites, Pepe’s Tacos and Salsa, which has won numerous awards with our friend Shelly Miles at San Antonio Living. She highlights some of their classic Tex-Mex dishes, like the various enchiladas, carne asada, tacos and tamales, and a specialty dish — the Camarones Luis with grilled shrimp mixed with onion, bell peppers, and sour cream topped with melted cheese!
