Tanji dropped by News4 San Antonio to talk great food and great wine. Tanji introduced viewers to La Gloria Brooks, a new restaurant on the South side by Chef Johnny Hernandez … it’s a must-try eatery in the Alamo City. Tanji says, “This place truly is exceptional. The food is phenomenal and it’s an experience. It’s amazing. It really is.” A standout dish is the mixed grill, which features a little bit of everything – the cabrito, chicken, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and more. They also serve up true Tex-Mex enchiladas and to-die-for shrimp tacos. Tanji says, “It’s truly a San Antonio unique experience.” The restaurant is featured in the all-new season of Goodtaste, which is airing across Texas right now!
