Join the good folks at Riven Rock Ranch Resort for another very special holiday celebration at The Terrace Grill on Easter Sunday, April 8th. Chef Brantley is creating a savory Easter Dinner! Dinner will be served in the Terrace Grill Pavilion from noon until 5pm at a price of $54.95 for adults and $34.95 for children, plus tax and gratuity. Make your reservations early for this very popular event.

Deviled Eggs, topped with fresh dill & capers
Goat Cheese Tartlets, thyme infused Texas goat cheese & caramelized onion tartlets
Potato Salad, yukon gold potatoes, red bell peppers, sweet green peas & julienne spring onions with tarragon & Dijon infused aioli
Ambrosia, a fun high end spin on a traditional yet classic dish–chopped fresh pineapple, segmented oranges, grated fresh coconut, toasted pecans, marshmallows, mango slices & cherries tossed in sweet cream
Spinach Salad, naturallly raised baby spinach leaves, sweet roasted pecans, julienne sweet red onion & crumbled gorgonzola cheese tossed in sherry & shallot vinaigrette
