940’s Kitchen and Cocktails’ Shrimp and Shishito Pepper Grits
Part bar, part bistro 940’s Kitchen & Cocktails does shrimp and grits their own way with Shishito and adobo peppers.
Fontina Grits
  1. Prepare grits according to package directions.
  2. Stir in Fontina cheese and diced Shishito peppers.
  1. Pan sear shrimp and andouille sausage together (salt and pepper to taste).
  2. Add chopped tomatoes until good and cooked.
  3. In a separate sauce pan mix the heavy cream and chipotle puree and add butter for mounting. 
  4. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and pour over grits.
  5. Garnish with Chives and Chive oil around edge of dish.
  6. Multiply by servings desired.
