Sweet and tangy Black Garlic Butter Wings by Stephen Paprocki, Owner/Chef behind Texas Black Gold Garlic - a type of caramelized garlic that is made by heating whole bulbs of garlic over the course of roughly 40 days of fermentation.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Heat butter in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic to the butter, stirring frequently. Bring butter and black garlic to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, pure and reserve.
Add 1 teaspoon salt. Pour butter-black garlic mixture over wings, and toss to coat. Bake wings at 325°F for 50–60 minutes. Serve with a smile, no dip needed;)
