Donna's Meatloaf
A Camp Verde favorite, baked daily with spices, vegetables and a whole lot of love! Topped with their country-style ketchup.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds Ground Beef
- ½ cup chopped onions sautéed garlic oil
- 2 teaspoons beef base
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Divide mixture into 3 individual portions and shape into ovals. Brush tops with ketchup.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
