This is a delightful, easy to make and festive drink. The Yellow Tail sparkling works great, and it’s only about $9 a bottle. The Elderflower liqueur is the magic touch. This unique liqueur comes from the French Alps where the elderflowers are handpicked each spring and then carried by bicycle back to the factory where the delicate liqueur is made. It is also quite delicious on its own over ice….in a liqueur glass. What better way to celebrate the season!
Method:
Soak Sugar Cube in Orange Bitters and place in bottom of flute. Add Elderflower & Pomegranate and gently top with Yellow Tail Sparkling. Garnish with edible flowers.
