Pandanime Cocktail
Go green for the holidays! Compliments of the folks at Anvil. Made with rum, apple brandy, pandan, cream and orgeat.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum
- .5 oz Laird's Straight Apple Brandy
- .75 oz heavy cream
- .5 oz House Orgeat (BG Reynolds is a great substitute)
- .75 oz Pandan Syrup
Pandan Syrup:
- 600 g pandan leaves
- 4 liters water
- 16 pounds sugar
- 16 drops Pandan Extract
Instructions
- Shake and strain over crushed ice in a tulip glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and pandan leaf.
For Pandan Syrup:
- Heat water and pandan over low heat for 1 hour. Strain water. Add sugar and extract. Heat (low) until all sugar as dissolved.Â
