A group of readers in one office emailed me to say they LOVE the Chipotle Sauce served with chicken at Rosario’s. They asked if I could get the recipe for them…and I did! Rosario’s shared the recipe for the smoky-flavored sauce that makes this dish so popuar. Enjoy!
Sauté garlic and olive oil blend. Add chipotle puree and salt. Bring to boil. Whisk in flour and then heavy cream and half & half. Bring to boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve grilled chicken breast over wilted spinach and pour about 3 ounces of sauce over chicken and garnish with chili arbol.

- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups half & half
