A 'Whole Lotta' Piña Colada
This twist on a classic Piña Colada from Gray Whale Gin is summer in a glass! Instead of the traditional rum, this version swaps in a floral gin which goes phenomenally well with coconut cream and pineapple.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Gray Whale Gin
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 ounce Coconut Cream
- ½ ounce Ginger Syrup
- ½ ounce lime
- 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 egg white (optional)
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice, pour in Gray Whale Gin, and other ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. In a bowl, whip the egg white until foamy. Scoop egg white foam on top of cocktail, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and enjoy!
