Brown Sugar Pecan Mustard-Glazed Ham
Here's a delightful idea for your next holiday...brown sugar pecan ham in a fab mustard glaze. It's delicious, and certainly a popular choice for down south! A huge thanks to our friends at H-E-B for the recipe.
- 1 5 pound to 6Hormel Cure 81 Ham
- 1 8 ounce jar Terrapin Ridge brown sugar pecan mustard
- 2 tablespoons Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Heat ham according to package directions. Remove ham from oven; increase oven temperature to 425 degrees. Blend mustard, pineapple juice and pecans; brush or spread over top and sides of ham. Return to oven 10 minutes; watch carefully to prevent burning.
