- 6 oz. feta cheese
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 1 bunch chervil
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt and pepper
