Hot Spiced Christmas Wine
Love mulled wine? The recipe above has "Twang" of tamarind along with both red and white wines! You can find Twang's special seasoning at your local H-E-B.
- 1.5 liter Red Wine
- 750 mL White Wine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. Twang -A- Rita Tamarind Cocktail Seasoning
- 3 slices orange
- Heat red and white wines, sugar, and tamarind spice cocktail seasoning into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until mixture is simmering but not boiling.
- Remove from heat. Pour into a heatproof glass or mug with a slice of orange as a garnish
