Primos Coffee Company Steak Rub
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Primos dark roast espresso/fine grind
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne optional or to taste
Instructions
- Rub generously into steaks that have been patted dry and let sit for thirty minutes at room temperature prior to cooking.
