
Saigon Peaches
Ingredients
- 4 oz Caravedo Pisco
- 2 oz Peach Shrub
- 2 oz Vietnamese yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Condensed milk
- 4-6 dashes Peach bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and add to a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into two tall glasses filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish each glass with diced peach and fresh mint and enjoy!
