This tequila-based cocktail comes direct from The Union Kitchen in Houston. Garnish with salted pint glass and grilled pineapple wedge.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz  Pineapple infused "Z" Silver Tequila
  • .5 oz  Triple Sec
  • 2 oz  Sweet and Sour
  • 1 oz  Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz  Grilled Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 oz  Simple Syrup
  • 2 Fine Grinds of Pepper
  • .25 oz  Float Tuaca

Recipe Info

  1. Muddle grilled pineapple chunks, fine grinds of pepper and simple syrup in a pint glass. Combine the other ingredients to the pineapple syrup mixture. Add ice to the ingredients and shake and pour in the rough into a salted pint glass. Float Tuaca. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and a basil leaf. Please smack basil to excrete oils before garnishing cocktail.
