Baked on-site, from scratch each and every day with only the finest ingredients available, BIRD Bakery's special "Monster" cookies are a savory combination of sugar, peanut butter, chocolate chips and M&M cookies -- all rolled into one!


  • 1 cup  butter, softened 
  • 1 cup  dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup  light brown sugar
  • 6  eggs
  • ½ tablespoon  very high quality vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon  light Karo syrup
  • 2 ½ cups high quality chunky peanut butter
  • 4 teaspoons  baking soda
  • 4 ½ cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 4 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cup  semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups  regular M&Ms
  • 2 cups  peanut M&Ms

Recipe Info

  1. Cream together butter and sugars until blended. Add eggs one at a time. Mix on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla, baking soda and syrup. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Carefully add oats one cup at a time, mixing well. Stir in the chocolate chip and m&ms, mixing until completely incorporated.
  2. Scoop onto baking sheet using a serving spoon or small ice cream scoop. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
